Mother of Member Richard
Marsh
In 1996,
Clara Marsh's plan was to divide her estate equally between her two
children. When she made known her intent to change this plan, her
son-in-law and daughter moved into action.
With no
regard for the wishes of the Marsh family or what was best for Clara,
John Grayson filed for and obtained sole guardianship of his mother-in
law's person and estate.
By failing to
properly address the question of whether or not Clara Marsh actually
needed a guardian, the Probate Court of Green County, Ohio, made itself
an unwitting accomplice to the irreparable harm done to the person and
estate of Clara Marsh by her abusive guardian.

Clara Marsh's
lawful heirs are still fighting for the rights of seniors and
guardianship reform.
