Mom
Connecticut Victim

To light a candle, tell me the name of an attorney who won't be afraid to help....

Mother of NASGA Member

Letter to East Lyme CT and Savannah GA:

I am a Savannah family practitioner and son of Connecticut.  I ask for your help, as my elder mother in East Lyme has been subjected to relentless exploitation.  Her peaceful life was taken over by threats and chaos; loving caretakers were fired for reporting ill-treatment; Mom's physician son was displaced as health agent; her legal instruments were thrown out and her money used to block her rescue.

Mom's autonomy and property were taken without due process of a hearing on the facts.  Yet lawyers, form whom I sought help, got the deer in head light look, as people of influence were involved.

Mom was an exhibited painter at the Lyme Museum and a fierce lover of her friends, but she made the mistake of growing old where darkness coves when the rule of law is withdrawn.

To light a candle, tell me the name of an attorney who won't be afraid to help Kingsley K; and please create a climate favoring justice for all the Kingsleys, who've been neglected by the law so Connecticut will achieve her day in the sun.
